DISCLAIMER: We understand you may be concerned about the duration.  First of all, if you post regularly to F3 workouts, you can do this.  But by no means will it be easy.  Prepare your body and mind.  That being said, the Cadre are your F3 brothers and they will ensure your safe return to your car or the hospital, whatever is appropriate at the time.

Your Cadre are NOT military veterans, they are NOT affiliated with GoRuck, they ARE volunteers and not professional even at that.

So think of this as an extended F3 workout that happens to take on a completely stupid and utterly pointless nature.

If you choose to take part in this event, we can’t stop you.  But if you do decide to HC and finish, you will wear that patch with pride because you will have worked your tail off to get it.  You understand that when you sign up for this event that you are assuming all risk.  The Cadre will do everything in their power to prevent injury and should injury occur they will do their best to handle it appropriately, but if you have any tendency toward litigious reconciliation then this event is not for you; please do not sign up.

See you on the 10th, don’t be late.
